Skoda Yeti
Škoda Yeti – bedded sport utility vehicle produced by the German company Volkswagen AG, the Czech brand Škoda Auto since May 12, 2009. It is the first such vehicle brand. Czech car of the year 2010.
Conceptual version of the vehicle was first presented at the International Motor Show in Geneva in 2005. The production version presented four years later, slightly different from the prototype. In 2005, at the Frankfurt Motor Show also presents the version of the pick-up.
The model was developed based on the Škoda Octavia 4×4 with a modification of the suspension. From concept production version differs among others slightly revised headlights and a completely different looking interior. Auto passed through the hands of two project teams: from the first stage of the project to model the exhibition was created under the guidance of a group led by Thomas Ingenlath and normalization as a concept car to production version took over Jens Manske.
When Mia ™ International Motor Show in Paris in 2012, has been presented version of the gentle face lift.
In 2013, the car undergoes a thorough facelift. Changed include traditional headlights with integrated LED strip. There is a new front bumper and a modified hood. The richest trim levels will be available fog lamps positioned in the bumper. With the rear tailgate modified, changed the rear lights and bumper. Inside, in addition to the long list of standard and optional equipment, a new steering control. Auto will be available in two versions: the entire city of lacquered bodywork and field with black and gray elements. The vehicle is the first Skoda was rear parking camera. Versions with four-wheel drive will get a Haldex 5th generation.
