Maserati Quattroporte – luxury sports sedan produced since 1963 by the Italian brand Maserati. The name is from the Italian four-door. Currently sold is the fifth generation of the model.
Qauttroporte Generation (designation code Tipo PM 07), went into production in 1963. Pietro Frua designed body modeled on the model 5000 GT, which created two years earlier. Its competitors were the Facel Vega and the Lagonda Rapide.
