Maserati Ghibli
Maserati Ghibli – the name of three different models produced by the Italian car manufacturer – Maserati in the years 1966 – 1973 (1st generation), 1992-1997 (2nd generation) and from 2013 (3rd generation).
Maserati Ghibli I – sports double car produced by Maserati in the years 1966-1973. Auto was presented in about 1966.
Over the years, the car underwent modernization and different from the model produced in later times. Model Maserati Ghibli SS 500 was produced until 1974. Motor in this car is eight cylinders arranged four in two rows, in the fork of 90 °. Engine block like two heads, is made of light metal alloys. Forged crankshaft is mounted on four bearings. Ghibi has retractable headlights and door handles are of the same type as the older model of Polish Fiat 125p – protruding. With an engine capacity of 5 liters car gets speed from 0 to 100km/h in 5.5 secondscoupe body styles as well as versions since 1968, the car was produced in a version with a folding convertible roof. Both versions were developed by Ghia.
Maserati Ghibli II was resurrected in 1992. In 1994, auto revamp.
Maserati Ghibli III – car upper-medium class produced by Maserati from 2013. Auto has nothing to do except the name of the previous two generations of the vehicle.
