Honda Edix
The Honda FR-V was a sechssitziger compact MPV by the Japanese automaker Honda.
The launch of the FR-V with petrol engines was on 15 January 2005. On 1 June 2005 Honda introduced a diesel version of the FR-V. The delivery date for this model has been dated to the summer of the same year.
As of January 2007 was a revised model on the market, which was characterized by low optical retouching and a new petrol engine.
In the fall of 2009, the vehicle that was not replaced by any successor model was discontinued in Germany and 2010 there were still 33 registrations.
Honda offered the FR-V in three different engine options, a 1.7 liter VTEC, a 2.0 liter i-VTEC and the 2.2 liter i-CTDi diesel engine. The latter received the "Engine of the Year award 2005" in the category of engines from 2.0 to 2.5 liters. Since the facelift in January 2007, there is only the diesel engine, now with particle filter, the program, the two petrol engines were replaced by a 1.8 liter i-VTEC engine, which is also in the Honda Civic used comes. All engines meet the Euro 4 standard and 4-cylinder in-line engines.
The price range for the 1.8 liter engine ranges from € 22,700 (1.8 trend) to € 28,450 (Executive 1.8). For the 2.2 liter engine, the price range of € 26,350 (2.2 Comfort) to € 29,700 (Executive 2.2) is sufficient. Stand: 08/2008
There were in addition to the basic equipment called a trend called Comfort trim level and an executive variant to choose from.
Honda had taken the Fiat Multipla-seat assembly (3 +3 seats) with this model. The middle seats were there each be displaced backwards. The seats in the rear row of seats could be provided with a handle tilt and sink. The standard automatic climate control and a CD audio system have been delivered.
