Subaru BRAT – (skrót od Bi-drive Recreational All-terrain Transporter) – wersja pick-up modelu Subaru Leone II generacji. Model BRAT byÅ‚ oparty bezpoÅ›rednio na wersji kombi z napÄ™dem na 4 koÅ‚a. Pierwsze egzemplarze trafiÅ‚y do sprzedaży w 1978 roku. Nadwozie byÅ‚o oryginalnie dwumiejscowe, jednak na rynku amerykaÅ„skim, z uwagi na przepisy celne BRAT byÅ‚ dostÄ™pny z dodatkowymi dwoma miejscami w przestrzeni bagażowej (z tego rozwiÄ…zania zrezygnowano w 1985 roku). ProdukcjÄ™ was completed in 1993. BRAT in the Australian market was available under the name Brunby and in the UK as a Shifter.
All models have become BRAT 4-wheel drive and was equipped with 4-cylinder boxer engines of the EA family. Initially, the BRAT was equipped with a power unit with a capacity of 1.6 liters and an output of 69hp. In 1981 it was replaced the engine with a capacity of 1.8 liters and output of 74hp.
