Seat Proto TL
SEAT Proto is the name of three prototype car which were introduced by the Spanish brand SEAT in 1989 and 1990. These three prototypes (called Proto T, TL and C) were designed by Italdesign Giugiaro, the company’s designer Giorgetto Giugiaro.
The SEAT Proto T was introduced in 1989 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. More specifically, this prototype was not rolling demo that was innovative for SEAT, as it would the image of SEAT 90s. The following year he was presented the SEAT Proto TL, a definite evolution of Proto T.
The SEAT Proto TL was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show held in March 1990. The Proto TL was a later evolution of the Proto T, which together with the led and served as a prototype of the SEAT Toledo’s first generation which was commercialized in 1991.
The SEAT Proto C was the third SEAT futuristic prototype, which was presented at the Paris Motor Show in 1990 by the SEAT Proto TL.
The SEAT Proto C served as a prototype of the second generation SEAT Ibiza SEAT Córdoba and the first generation, which is marketed since 1993.
