Renault Nervastella
The Nervastella was a luxury car, which was built in the period from 1930 to 1938 by the manufacturing company Renault. This car was considered a little brother to Reinastella, smaller but with more modern technology. The name can be derived from the Latin "stella", which means star in German language.
During the entire duration of an eight-cylinder in-line engine made for the drive. First, the engine produced from 4240cc 74 kW (100hp) at 3300 min-1. 1933, the engine capacity was increased to 4825cc and 1935 to 5448cc. Output has increased only moderately to 81 kW (110hp).
The Nervastella appeared as a four-door sedan, a coupe for the town and 1931 as an extended version with five or seven seats. Unusual was the color palette in the Renault offering this car. A minor version of Nervastella was the Renault Nervahuit, which was also built in 1931.
