Renault 25

Renault 25 – five-passenger car upper-medium class produced by Renault in 1984-1992. Auto high-end, made for the discerning customer. In a plebiscite on the European Car of the Year 1985 model took second position (for Opel Kadett E). Successor of 25 is a luxury Renault Safrane.

Body type liftback was available only as a five-door. Attention deserved strongly curved rear window, unusual at that time in the car. The car obtained through this solution a "light" solid body, although large (for European conditions) sizes. Another advantage was the large trunk. In 1988, the car has undergone a facelift, with new lights and bumpers, and naturally aspirated diesel power increased to 70hp.

Throughout the entire production period produced 779 687 copies.
