• Nissan 300C

The Nissan 300C was the name applied to the export version of the Nissan Cedric Y30, a luxury automobile manufactured by the auto giant Nissan. It was produced between 1984 and 1987 and was available in both Sedan and Family.

Your arrivo the European market at that time as the largest family model, in turn aimed to compete with German luxury executive cars that dominated the class of 80 (Mercedes S Class, BMW 7-series). The car featured front seats decorated with a piece of carpet, adjustable steering wheel, power steering, air conditioning, tinted windows, one LW/MW/FM stereo/cassette player radio, and a V6 3.0L engine. The Saloon Sedan told with the same independent front suspension of the Family, but I had a suspension system for a five-link improved steering feel. An automatic transmission with overdrive, and a 3.0L V6 engine, managed a top speed of 120mph (193.12128km/h), bringing the vehicle from 0 to 60mph in about 8.4 seconds.

The main differences of the wagon were: 5-speed manual transmission and without air conditioner (at least for the UK market.) The Family has steel wheels and rear drum brakes instead of disc brakes in the Sedan version, and has a muffler less. Overall, less luxurious but more durable a car. It also had a removable asieno rear cargo area in what was technically the 300C wagon a car 7 seater.

The VG series engine was the first V6 engine Nissan mass manufacturing. It is found in dozens of different Nissan vehicles, of which the 300C was among the first. The VG design was used together with from 1994, and in 2004, the VG series was withdrawn from the market leaving only the VQ series.
