Hyundai Scoupe
The S-Coupe is a compact coupe produced by Hyundai from 1990 to 1995.
By replacing the Pony, by Excel in 1985, Hyundai faced one of its greatest challenges at that time; enter the American car market with greater emphasis. For that, I needed to have a complete product line and the input segment could not be overlooked. So after investing in models like the Sonata and Excel (your car entry) whose settings (sedan, hatch) did not cover the entire market, the S-Coupé was launched in 1990 to fill the gap Pony Coupé. Brought home Mitsubishi engine, 1.5L four-cylinder, developing 115cv and offered automatic or manual transmission. It was sold in several countries, including Brazil and gave way to Tiburon, after the succession of Excel by Accent in 1995.
