Honda Ridgeline
Honda Ridgeline – pickup type of car manufactured by Honda since 2005, designed for the demand for such vehicles in the U.S. market. The vehicle is the first in the history of the brand pickup.
The prototype vehicle was unveiled at the Speciality Equipment Manufacturer’s Assaciation 2004 under the name… Honda SUT. The production version of the vehicle has been unveiled at the Detroit automotive trade fair in January 2005.
The car has a self-supporting body and independent suspension on all wheels. The drive is transmitted to the front axle of the vehicle, in the case of loss of adhesion accompanied by a drive to the rear axle.
In 2009, the car undergoes facelift. Changed include grill, bumpers and dashboard. Engine output increased by 3hp to 250hp.
According to the manufacturer’s loading dock fit the two largest motorcycle Honda: CRF450.
