Honda RA272
The Honda RA272 F1 car was a car produced by Honda and used during the 1965 season.
The car, although quite large and heavy, it was considered technologically advanced. The engine, placed in unusual transverse position, was a 1500cc liquid cooled which provided a power of around 220-230hp (160-171 kW) and had a maximum rotation speed of 12,000 rpm.
The RA272, driven by Richie Ginther, prevailed in the Grand Prix of Mexico the same year, the first car manufactured in Japan to get a win in a F1 race.
The car appears in the advertising film made by Honda The Impossible Dream.
