The second Ford Model B is a mid-size car, the only 1932 by Ford in the United States in 1932, also in Cologne-Niehl of the German Ford Motor Company AG (from 1939: Ford-Werke AG) (there as Ford Rheinland) to succeed was the Model A produced and sold.

For use came a 4-cylinder in-line engine. The coupe was also called Deuce Coupe, was a popular hot rod and namesake for the album Little Deuce Coupe by the Beach Boys.

In the same body and a V8 was offered, but was called Ford Model 18.

The Model B was produced in the United States only in 1932. It originated 71 829 pieces. Successor was the almost identical model C.

Similar to its predecessors, there were parallel even a truck on an equal basis with the designation Ford Model BB.

Ford Rheinland was from 1935 the name of the model B in Germany. From August 1933 all contributed in Cologne produced by Ford vehicles trademark the phrase “German product”. The model names were Germanized. So was the Ford Model B from the Rhineland. The car had three-speed transmission, rear wheel drive and a four-cylinder in-line petrol engine with 3286cc (50hp).

In Germany 1784 pcs Model B and Model 5575 piece Rhineland were produced.
