Toyota Innova
Toyota Innova – type mini car produced by the Japanese company Toyota. In contrast to competitors like Tata Sumo Grande, Tata Aria, Chevrolet Tavera, Mahindra Xylo or Toyota Innova has more characteristics of a minivan.
This model is produced in Indonesia under the supervision of Toyota Astra Motor since 2003. For the Indonesian market car sold under the name ‘Toyota Kijang Innova. The car is available in four trim levels – J, E, G, V. V version is equipped with a 2.7-liter engine, and (the only one) with an automatic transmission, as well as ABS and leather seats.
Innova is also sold in India (which replaced the Toyota Qualis), Malaysia (as the successor to the Toyota Unser), the Philippines (replacing Toyota Revo), Taiwan (replacing outdated Toyota Surf mentation) and Thailand. It is also available in Brunei, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
Currently Innova cars are one of the best selling cars in the Philippines, ahead of competing cars Mitsubishi and Isuzu. They are used, among others, as taxis by companies operating at the airport in Manila and as patrol vehicles by the Philippine police.
