• Ascari Ecosse

Ascari Ecosse – the first car produced by Ascari, production began in 1998.

The car is equipped with a centrally located, eight-cylinder unit from BMW which was reinforced by Hartge. Displacing 4.4 liters generating a power of about 300hp, the enlarged version of the 4.7-liter producing 400hp power.

The car in large part is made of fiberglass which positively affected the low total weight. With a weight of 1250kg, the model Ecosse 4.7 gave the up from 0 to 100km/h in 4.1 seconds, top speed ranged from 320km/h The development of prototype molds to form a mass took about a year of work. Each copy Ecosse arose within 450 hours working. It was built only 17 copies, none of them was sold. Only nine runs today through the streets, the remaining eight units have been checked out.
