Toyota Motor Triathlon Race Car
The Toyota Motor Triathlon Race Car is a concept car of the Japanese carmaker Toyota presented at major auto shows in 2004.
It is a stylistic exercise presumably landlocked production of a 2-seater sports car version totally discovery and lines reminiscent of a Formula 1 car.
The technical data reported refer to a weight of only 1200kg, and a function with four electric motors running on solar cells, each actuating a single wheel, with a total power of 266cv. The estimated maximum speed of 310km would/h thanks to its small size and aerodynamics; Acceleration 0-100km/h in 6.3 seconds.
