• Suzuki Splash

Suzuki Splash – A city car segment produced at Magyar Suzuki Corporation, where he is currently manufactured models Swift, SX4 and Ignis.

Suzuki in this factory also produces a new generation Agila for Opel. Both cars are manufactured based on the same technology. The main differences between the models concern the styling front (bonnet, fenders, headlights and bumper) and rear (tailgate, tail lights, fender). Annual sales plan for the Splash in Europe is approximately 60,000 units.

Both models debut took place during the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany. With this model Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) wants to increase the market share of the brand to the ever-growing European market.

Splash is available with two petrol engines:

1.0 L, three-cylinder, 12V, with a capacity of 48 kW (65hp) 1.2 L, four-cylinder, 16V, with a capacity of 63 kW (86hp).

Gasoline engines have been designed by Suzuki Motor Corporation as next-generation unit, while the diesel engine is manufactured in plants Suzuki in India under license from GM Powertrain Europe.
